Redshift Records, the recording division of the non-profit music society Redshift Music, released their first CD in 2007. The label soon took off and over the next decade many other discs have been released, each focusing on the exceptional new music of our time. All of our CDs are distributed throughout Canada and the World as well as available digitally through iTunes and many other online sources.

The performances and compositions included on the label are of such a high calibre that Redshift Records albums have consistently been nominated (over 20 times!) for Western Canadian Music Awards. As well, our albums have been nominated for five JUNO Awards and won twice.
Redshift Records is now a sought after label for many new music ensembles and as a result recent years will see it become a substantial New Music Label. So far the label boasts almost 40 CDs, with many more on the way.
